Each card has a discription on the back of the pictured pavilion in three langauges. Cards measure 3 1/2 by 5 3/4 inches and are in Like New Condition. Complete 1939 NY Worlds Fair Stamp Collection Complete 1939 New York Worlds Fair Poster Stamp collection featuring stamps of each pavilion. The set is complete of all 54 Poster Stamps as pictured, 9 in each of the 6 VERY RARE Souvenir Envelopes. The complete 54 sheet was torn into 9 stamp sections and stored in these envelopes. All the stamps are in excellent condition as you can see. Some light age stains on edge of sheet. A very rare find in this condition and with its companion envelopes. The glass reads as follows....Shea Stadium is the home of the METS and the JETS. The most modern stadium in the country today, it can seat 55,000 people for baseball and 60,000 for football. The adjoining parking field accommodates 5,500 cars.
